Small Group Personal Training at FIT | STRENGTH is built for athletes ages 11 and up who are serious about getting better.

This program is designed for committed athletes who want to take their performance to the next level. Whether they want to jump higher, move quicker, or build more strength and power—this is for athletes who are ready to put in the work.

Each session runs in a small group format with a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio. That means your athlete will get individualized coaching, personalized feedback, and a training plan tailored to their goals and needs.

This model allows our coaches to:

  • Keep training sessions safe and effective
  • Adjust workouts based on how your athlete is progressing
  • Deliver real, measurable results
