What You Get

✅ 48 Total Sessions

That’s 13 weeks of guided, customized, intense work. You’ll be pushed, coached, and developed by performance specialists who know exactly what it takes to elevate you from a good athlete to a dominant one.

✅ 4 Sessions Per Week (In-Gym)

Each session is 60 minutes and built with intention—from warm-up to the final rep. You’ll train for performance, not just fatigue.

✅ 2x Weekly Remote Conditioning Sessions

Stay dialed in even on your off-days. These remote sessions are designed to build your engine, maintain conditioning, and increase recovery between lifts.

✅ Flexible Scheduling That Works for You

You’re busy. We get it. Use our training software app to choose session times that fit your schedule. You’re in control—no need to guess or stress.

May & June

  • Mon–Thurs: 4 PM – 7 PM
  • Sat: 10 AM – 12 PM
  • Sun: 11 AM – 1 PM
  • Starting in June: Wed & Fri 9 AM

July

  • Mon–Thurs: 12 PM – 2 PM & 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Fri: 10 AM – 12 PM
  • Sat: 10 AM – 1 PM
  • Sun: 11 AM – 1 PM

All sessions expire August 31st, 2025

Sessions do not roll over. Make them count.
